IMPORTANT NOTE: All sessions are scheduled for Central Standard Time (CST).
Click “View Session” on the Conference Agenda. If it is before the session start time, you will be taken into a waiting room until the session begins. After the session concludes, the session will be available on-demand.
During their live sessions, instructors will be on the Live Chat to answer questions and engage with attendees. Questions during the "On the Front Lines: The Key Role of Fire/EMS in Combating an Evolving Opioid Epidemic" session will be taken via the email provided during the session.
Registration is free, so just have anyone you want to share it with register for the event here and they will have access to the entire program.
Firehouse Expo Direct is a great place for you to network with industry colleagues! There are a number of places where you can network, which are listed below:
- Live Chat – post a chat in the main Live Chat feed, located on the right hand side of the Event Home page
- Direct Chat - in the Live Chat feed, you can click on "Direct Chat" to connect directly with other colleagues
- Session Chat - ask questions or chat with other attendees in the Live Chat located on the right hand side of every session page
- Connect with the Community – click on this button on the Event Home page and search for attendees to connect with
- Contacting Sponsors
- Some sponsors will have live staff available to answer your questions in video chats. Visit Sponsor Booths and look for the "Video Chat Room" button. Most Sponsors will be available for Video Chats during the following designated times:
- Tuesday: Noon, 1:30pm and 4:00pm Central Standard Time (CST)
- Wednesday: 1:30pm CST
- Some sponsors will have live staff available to answer your questions in video chats. Visit Sponsor Booths and look for the "Video Chat Room" button. Most Sponsors will be available for Video Chats during the following designated times:
- Meeting Requests
- Click “Connect with Community” on Event Home. Search by Full Name, Company or Title. Click Request Meeting button and enter date, time and other meeting details.
Certificates of Attendance will be made available for each individual session. You may use these certificates to apply for Professional Development Hours with your state’s governing certification agency, however it’s your responsibly to pursue credit and we cannot guarantee credit will be awarded.
Access a session Certificate of Attendance by:
- At the conclusion of the session, please scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link "Continue to Session Evaluation and Certificate of Attendance" link located underneath the instructor's name.
- Complete all required fields in the session evaluation and click "Submit"
- You will be auto-directed to the downloadable PDF certificate of attendance for the session
- After download, you can open the file, type your name into the writable name field and save for you own records
Firehouse Expo Direct will be available on-demand until May 8, 2021. Certificates of Attendance will continue to be downloadable.
For your convenience, all scheduled Meeting Requests will be reflected in your "My Meeting Schedule." These meetings are scheduled in "Connect with the Community" or via Direct Chat.
