EXISTING 2020 EXHIBITOR CONTRACT OPTIONS

It is with great disappoint that we are unable to host the in-person Firehouse Expo event due to the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. As COVID cases continue to surge in Tennessee, local officials, partners and the Nashville hospitality industry are unable to predict the availability of everything that makes Firehouse Expo special – the availability of hands-on training sites, the ability to deliver the conference program due to travel bans and quarantine policies, and even nightlife activities on Broadway. Despite creating detailed protocols to keep attendees and exhibitors safe, the virus poses too high of a risk in bringing thousands of people together.

We look forward to launching an interactive virtual training platform - Firehouse Expo Direct - later this year and to returning to our in-person format September 14-18, 2021 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH. We hope that you will join us and we anxiously await the opportunity to bring the fire service back together to train, learn and network with one another.

In the meantime, here are your options for your existing 2020 exhibitor contract:

  • OPTION 1: Automatically have your contract transferred to Firehouse Expo 2021 with no further action on your part.

  • OPTION 2: Transfer your Firehouse Expo investment to a Firehouse Expo Direct sponsorship opportunity. Please contact Sandy Norris, Exhibit Sales Manager, to discuss this option.

  • OPTION 3: Transfer your Firehouse Expo investment to a Firehouse advertising program. Please contact Bill MacRae, Group Publisher, to discuss this option.

  • OPTION 4: Request a full refund by emailing Sandy Norris, Exhibit Sales Manager, to discuss this option.
