2020 CALL FOR PAPERS - NOW CLOSED

Thank you for the great response to the 2020 Call for Papers.  The program is now in development.

Important changes with this year’s call for papers related to session times and HOT:

For session times, we’re offering a mix of 60-minute, 90-minute and 2-hour lectures. Based on feedback from past conferences, these different times allow us flexibility for allotting the correct amount of time for the program.

If you are submitting for HOT for 2020, the actual HOT program is only available in 4-hour programs due to summer weather in that region. There are two options:

  • 4-hour HOT only – This is a 4-hour HOT program. When submitting, please keep in mind that your session will be limited to four hours, including on-site briefings/instruction and practical skills.

  • 8-hour Blended Learning – This is a new offering, with 4-hour lectures the afternoon before HOT (Monday and Tuesday afternoon) with 4 hours of practical skills the morning before. If you select this option, please keep in mind that you’ll need to have at least one instructor free to present the lecture at Music City Center.
