Victor Conley is a 33-year veteran of the fire service. He was appointed fire chief for the City of Irving, TX, in 2014, where he supervises, regulates and manages the Irving Fire Department consisting of 380 personnel. The department has the following disciplines: fire prevention, fire suppression, emergency medical services and communications center. Conley has served as a high-angle rescue technician, hazardous material technician, training officer, paramedic and emergency medical dispatcher supervisor. He has an extensive educational background including a bachelor’s degree from Columbia Southern University and EFO, CFO and CFE designations.
