Allen Baldwin is a 35-year veteran of the fire service, currently serving as the assistant chief operations for the Stafford County, VA, Fire and Rescue Department. He is an instructor in both the suppression and non-suppression areas. Baldwin holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Waldorf University, bachelor’s degree in public administration from Point Park University, along with an associate degree in fire science from the Community College of Allegheny County. He is also a graduate of the NFA EFO program, Fire Officer IV, and holds CFO and CTO designations. Baldwin is also an instructor for Missouri State University in their Fire Science Program.
