John Casey, DO, MA, FACEP, FACOEP, is a board-certified emergency physician. He serves as program director for the emergency medicine residency at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. Casey is the EMS medical director for multiple EMS agencies. Casey was twice awarded the Virginia Governor’s Award for Meritorious Disaster Service. He was named Outstanding Resident of the Year by the American Osteopathic Foundation in 2012 and, in 2014, he was named USACS Clinician of the Year. He was honored by President Obama as a "Champion of Change" for his work with the Affordable Care Act.
