The presenters at this session will review case studies and offer defensive strategies for roadway incident scene management. There will also be an overview of the emerging hazards related to semi-autonomous vehicles and the benefits of connected-vehicle technology like digital alerting devices. The presenters will also review the results of a study about emergency lighting use at incident scenes.
