This class will demonstrate the continued importance of RIT training in the fire service. Stations will be set up to both provide several different methods and add "tools for the toolbox" to be applied if presented with these particular scenarios. Stations that will be taught include: the Nance Drill (Columbus), Polaski Drill (Columbus), and the Pittsburgh Drill, to name a few. Attendees will gain knowledge or reinforce current knowledge within the subject. Attendees will also have the ability to acquire knowledge of specialized tools that could be useful in a mayday event.
