Kenny Thompson is a career fireman and paramedic for the City of a Ithaca, NY, Fire Department, and a flight paramedic for Geisinger Life Flight medical helicopter in Danville, PA. He is a past presenter for JEMS EMS Today in Tampa, FL, and a presenter for the 2021 Virtual EMS Today Conference. Thompson has presented for Firehouse World in San Diego, CA, and has been a guest on many podcasts and frequently teaches at the local and state level in New York. He is a NYS Fire Instructor, and an instructor for Meridian Fire Training Solutions and Water Supply Innovations. Thompson has 30 years of emergency service experience and is an assistant fire chief for the McDonough, NY, Volunteer Fire Department.
