Mike Noyes retired as a battalion chief from the Fort Worth, TX, Fire Department in January of 2019 with 35 years of operations experience. He has been an adjunct instructor and program coordinator at the Tarrant County College Public Safety Training Center for 28 years. Noyes also teaches in the Incident Management curriculum at the National Fire Academy and in the Emergency Service Administration Bachelor's Degree program at the University of North Texas at Dallas. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a master's in fire and emergency management administration. He, along with Jeff Holloway and Ritchie Tice, authored the "Managing the Multi-Alarm: Delegating Command Tasks" article published in Firehouse Magazine in January of 2020 and presented the "Managing the Multi-Alarm" workshop at Firehouse Expo 2021.
