Book Hotel

Good afternoon. The Speaker Hotel Booking Link is now live on the Speaker Hub. We are offering a separate housing site to book your own hotel through our hotel provider. PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOM BY JULY 31, 2023.  

If you have already booked your hotel room via the attendee link, please email me directly so that I can add you to the master account.

• You will be asked to input a CC but will not be charged at this time. The CC is for any incidentals and/or additional non-paid night(s).
• List any special needs in the comments section. 
• Firehouse Expo will only be covering the costs of night(s) as outlined per the agreement.
• Speakers are in charge of booking their own hotel room.
• You will receive an email with the exact hotel location once all bookings are confirmed after the deadline.
