The conference program is live on the site and will show room locations soon. 

Speakers should be in the room where they are scheduled to speak at least 15-20 minutes before their presentation to hook up their personal computer at the podium before the session starts. There will be an AV tech on hand to assist and a Firehouse Expo Conference partner to introduce you.

Yes. 

We request that you use the available FHE template found in the Speaker Hub for your opening and closing slides.

Speakers should bring their presentation on a USB, their personal computer and cords to hook up to the projector. An AV tech or Firehouse Ambassador will be able to assist with any questions. Additionally, there is a projector and screen set up in the speaker ready room to test equipment before a session. 

Screen, projector, podium, microphone or lavalier and a laser pointer. Plan to prepare your presentation in 16:9 format (HD).

All speakers and panelists will be pre-registered. Speakers and panelists receiving complimentary badges can pick up their badges onsite beginning September 25, 2023.

Your registration will cover the entrance to the exhibit hall, conference sessions and opening ceremonies.

Yes. Conference Manager, Heather Wainio, will be located in B 140-141.
