Michael Halloran is a Senior Assistant City Attorney with the Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein’s Office. Michael works within Litigation Section of the Civil Division where he represents the City of Columbus and its employees in a variety of civil actions and administrative hearings. Michael also serves as the legal advisor to the Columbus Division of Fire where he provides legal advice on various health care issues, medical liability, transport reimbursement, and fire code enforcement. Michael also represents the City Attorney on the Columbus Public Records Commission and provides legal advice on records retention and responses to requests for public records. Michael has been working within fire and EMS for nearly twenty years and is currently a State of Ohio certified fire fighter, paramedic, fire safety inspector, and EMS Instructor. Michael attended Wittenberg University and Capital University Law School.
