Asst. Chief Decker served with the Newark Fire Department for 32+ years. He was an Asst. Chief for 14 years, in-charge of operations and training. He is currently the Asst. Chief for Madison Twp. Fire Dept. where he has served for 32 years. Decker is the owner of Command Vision, a fire training company focusing on incident command. He also has a YouTube channel that features over 40 structure fire videos which has garnered 55k followers and more than 15 million views.
