Matt Shronts is a 22-year veteran of the fire service, serving in combination part time and paid on call departments. Following his career in the fire service, he became a Solutions Engineer and subject matter expert for Vector Solutions, formerly known as Target Solutions. Shronts is credentialed as a Chief Fire Officer by the Center for Public Safety Excellence and has held positions as a Training Officer and EMS Coordinator in multiple departments. Shronts holds a bachelor’s degree in public safety management from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and is currently completing his Master's in Public Safety Administration and Organizational Leadership thought Southern Illinois University.
