Kai W. Rieger, a 34-year fire service veteran, is a deputy chief with the Jackson Township Fire Department in Massillon, OH. He is also a team manager for the Stark County Hazardous Materials Team in Stark County, OH. Rieger is a graduate of the Ohio Fire Executive program, has a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and an associate degree in fire science. He has taught classroom and hands-on training sessions at FDIC, Firehouse World and Firehouse Expo. Rieger has also taught at many regional fire schools and fire departments throughout different states instructing classroom deliveries and hands-on evolutions.
