Moses Jefferies IV is a member of the Nashville Fire Department, serving at the rank of District Chief. He is a first-generation firefighter with 18 years of service. Chief Jefferies has worked in several divisions of the department, to include standard operations, special operations (hazardous-materials/rope rescue), and the training division. Chief Jefferies is also a National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Emerging Leaders Fellow and a recent graduate of the National Fire Academy Managing Officer Program.
