Janine E. Curcio, D.O. is a board certified Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services physician. She attended the United States Naval Academy and served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. After eight years of active duty and two deployments in support of OIF/OEF, she resigned her commission to attend medical school. Curcio graduated from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and then Doctors Hospital Emergency Medicine Residency and EMS Fellowship. She is the assistant medical director of the Columbus Division of Fire and the associate medical director for EMS at OhioHealth Grady Memorial Hospital. Curcio serves on several state and regional committees. Her interests include EMS education, disaster medicine and emergency preparedness.
