This fun and engaging personal leadership development class is designed to inspire, educate and motivate attendees on caring for the organizational spirit! As firefighters, we typically sit back and wait for the leaders at the top to move our organization forward when the momentum we need is actually located at the bottom. To build and/or maintain a winning organization we need everyone to bring their “A” game! Take control of the things you can change and let go of the things you cannot.
