Group Plans: Firehouse Expo offers discounted Three Day Conference rates for groups from three to nine attendees, and also on ten or more colleagues that register and pay all together. Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media/Firehouse Expo 2023.
Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy – All cancellation must be submitted in writing and sent to registration@endeavorb2b.com for refund consideration. Cancellations received:
Before August 27, 2023, are completed at no charge
After August 27, 2023, are completed with a $100 administrative fee
After September 8, 2023 registrations are non-refundable
Substitutions may be made at any time. Class offerings are subject to change based on performance. In the event that a class you register to attend is no longer offered your registration will be transferred to another class of your choice, provided space is available. If a suitable class is not available, your registration fees (in full or in part) may be refunded or credited to the following year. In the event of a class change or cancellation Endeavor Business Media is not liable for any additional or ancillary related costs, including but not limited to, hotel and airline fees and/or cancellation fees.
No refunds are offered for classes which may be suspended or shortened at the time of the event due to weather of other conditions or circumstances beyond Endeavor Business Media’s control.
Children 16 and under are admitted into the Exhibit Hall with a badge, during show hours, provided they are accompanied by a registered adult.
