| Bernard “Dan” Bickham SAIC Project Manager Prepositioned Equipment Program  Bernard "Dan" Bickham, Jr. is a retired Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department Captain and member of VATF-1 US&R Task Force. He has responded to and mitigated more than 14 international and domestic disasters. In 2004 to present, Dan was hired as the lead for PST-9, worked for two years for the FEMA National Urban Search and Rescue program and then returned to SAIC to manage PEP.
