| Joel Hendelman Battalion Chief (ret.), City of Fairfax FD, VA  Joel Hendelman has vast experience in bulk petroleum facility and transportation flammable liquids firefighting operations to include co-authoring of a Northern VA regional flammable liquids firefighting tactical operations manual currently used by 9 jurisdictions. Along with his co-instructor he has taught at the IAFC, VADEM and VAFC conferences since 2007. He is also serving as a consultant to the DHS and other government agencies on incident command and NIMS compliance while maintaining his operational activities as Deputy Chief with the Fairfax VFD.
