| Cris Aguirre Co-Founder & Co-Owner, HMIQ  Cris Aguirre is retired from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) with over 35 years experience. He served as lieutenant on the Hazardous Materials Response Team (HMRT) for 24 years. Aquirre was an original member of the first US International Response Team(OFDA-1985). He currently serves as a hazardous materials specialist and instructor. Cris is a co-inventor / developer of the Smart-Strip Chemical ID Badge; founder and principal of Noble Environmental, a private enterprise delivering emergency response, mitigation & training; and co-creator and master instructor of the HazmatIQ System "Smart Charts; and co-owner of HazmatIQ, LLC.
