| Joe Gorman Co-Founder & Co-Owner, HMIQ  Joe Gorman retired as a professional firefighter and hazardous materials technician with the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department after 25 years of service. Gorman is a HazMat Specialist with the Urban Search & Rescue (USAR) Virginia Taskforce 1. He is a member of the NFPA 472 Technical Committee on Hazardous Materials Response. Gorman serves on the IAFF and is a certified hazardous materials instructor for the state of Virginia. Gorman is a co-developer and master instructor for HazMatIQ.
