| Patrick J. Kenny Deputy Fire Chief Western Springs, IL, FD  Patrick J. Kenny has a career in the fire service that spans over 28 years. He has been an author and presenter at conferences throughout the United States, as well as abroad, on various subjects including leadership, fireground safety, mental health and fire code challenges. Chief Kenny is an EFO graduate as well as holding the Chief Officer Designation.
