| Jennie Collins Battalion Chief Prince William County Dept of Fire & Rescue, VA  Jennie Collins has served in numerous assignments over her 24 years within the department including program management positions in Training, Health and Safety, and EMS Operations. She was the team leader for the Technician I Wilson Line of Duty Death Internal Investigation and has assisted with other external firefighter significant injury investigations. Chief Collins is a Governor's appointee to the Virginia State EMS Advisory Board and serves on numerous local, regional, and state level committees and boards of directors. She also has numerous fire and rescue related certifications and instructor credentials.
