| Don Abbott Owner, Command Emergency Response Training  Don Abbott retired as the project manager with the Phoenix, AZ FD in 2009. Previously he served as the division chief of special operations and support services in Warren Township FD, Indianapolis, IN. His company designs Abbottville, a diroama that can be set up to resemble any city, town or rural area to train first responders. Abbott was chosen to be part of a team that traveled to Russia in 1992 to assist in teaching IMS and HazMat Response, and the next year hosted two Moscow fire chiefs.
