LeDuc, MS, CFO, CEM is the Deputy Chief of Department for Broward County Florida Fire Rescue, a career metro department of 600 personnel. Broward Fire services 1.8 million residents with an international airport/seaport, special operations, EMS and fire operations and has won numerous national awards. Chief LeDuc speaks and publishes frequently on topics of fire service leadership, safety, planning and EMS nationally. He has worked with organizations in over 15 states with organizational assessments, master plans, accreditation reviews and deployment analysis and audits.
