James Kirsch Lieutenant Bergenfield, NJ, FD James Kirsh, Lieutenant, Bergenfield, NJ FD, is a 27-year veteran of the fire service. He is a former volunteer fire chief, and holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Lieutenant Kirsch currently serves as a Logistics Manager for the NJ Urban Search & Rescue Team, and is an Adjunct Professor at Bergen Community College in NJ.
