| Mike Clemens Assistant Chief Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, MD  Mike Clemens, Assistant Chief, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, MD, began in the fire service in 1966 with the Mt. Rainier VFD in Prince George's County, MD where he worked in operations and training. He now has the oversight for all of Montgomery County's fire & EMS training programs. He has completed his formal education in Fire Science and is completing his degree in Fire Science and Business Management. He is presently appointed by Governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. as chairman of the Maryland Fire & Rescue Training & Education Commission.
