Leonard Carmichael Battalion Fire Chief Trenton Division of Fire & Emergency Services Department, NJ FD Leonard Carmichael, Jr. is assigned to District 1 on "C" Platoon. He has over 30 years combined career and volunteer experience. He was the Keynote Speaker in 2008 and participates as both a hands-on instructor and a lecturer for the FDIC conference. He is a Level 2 instructor with the Division of Fire Safety. He is an adjunct instructor with the National Fire Academy. He is a National Incident Management System (NIMS) instructor thru the Department of Homeland Security.
