| Allen Baldwin Chief, Gettysburg, PA FD  Allen Baldwin has over 25 years service as both a volunteer and career employee. His past includes working as the Chief of Chambersburg, PA FD and Fire and Building Official for the Town of McCandless, PA. Baldwin has a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, an Associate's Degree in Fire Science and Administration, Graduate of the National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer Program. Baldwin is nationally certified as Firefighter II, Fire Officer IV, Fire Inspector II, Fire Instructor II and has earned Chief Fire Officer Designation from the Center for Public Safety Excellence. He is a monthly columnist for Fire Apparatus magazine and works as the Director of Safety, Operations and Incident Response for the PA Turnpike Commission.
